This is not generic marriage coaching. It's designed for couples navigating the emotional and relational impact of perimenopause. You receive tailored support without over-explaining your symptoms or settling for one-size-fits-all advice.
How It Works
Minimum of two sessions; most couples benefit from three to four. More sessions available if needed.
Each session is 60 minutes, $150 (out-of-pocket only).
Insurance: Not covered, as it requires a mental health diagnosis. Perimenopause is a life transition. This coaching focuses on education and relationship tools, avoiding labels and diagnoses.
Important
If either partner has active depression, suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety, untreated trauma, or substance abuse concerns, therapy with a licensed mental health provider is recommended. Coaching does not replace mental health treatment.
