Do we meet in person or face-to-face?
The sessions are conducted via secure video format. A link to your session will be sent to you by email 24 hours prior to the appointment. Before your meeting, it is a great idea to download the Telehealth platform, we will use to your phone or device.
Does Growing Stages Marriage and Family Therapy PLLC accept my insurance?
At this time, we are pleased to accept the following insurances:
- Metroplus
- Emblem Health Commercial
Please note that our accepted insurance providers may change over time, so we recommend verifying your coverage with our office prior to your appointment to ensure we can bill your insurance accordingly. If your insurance is not listed above, services are out of pocket.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are one hour weekly
How much do sessions cost?
Premarital Counseling- $200 per session.
Individual Therapy for Relationship Issues or Dating- $180 per session
Cohabitating Therapy- $200 per session
You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate, which is now required by law, to determine the cost of your sessions to avoid any surprises.

When can I start?
Usually within one week of completing all paperwork, I can schedule your first appointment.
If I travel / go on vacation, can we still meet?
I am only permitted to treat patients who live in the state of New York, in which I hold my license.
